Kota Kemuning Church of Christ

Missions

Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.

Matthew 28:19-20

The Kota Kemuning church of Christ is committed to mission work locally and abroad.

On an annual basis, individual members of the church make voluntary personal pledges for the purpose of supporting mission work  At the discretion of the elders and agreement by the brethren, the funds collected will be put into good use by supporting local and foreign preachers and helping other congregations who require financial assistance throughout the year.

Over the years, our collective contributions have supported mission work in the African continent that was spearheaded by brother Ron Gilbert from the United Supports. We have also regularly provided financial support towards the operation of Four Seas College of Bible & Missions in Singapore. Other beneficiaries of the Mission Fund include an online Chinese Bible School operated by brother William Chen in China, renovation of a church building for the congregation at Banaoang, Philippines and mission work in China by brother Kwan Tai Choom from Singapore and brother Bob Xiang from China.

This contribution by the brethren ensures that the work of the Lord does not get hindered by barriers of time and space, and creates more opportunities for lost souls to gain access to the gospel and thereby bring glory to God. The Mission Fund collection is currently coordinated by brother Allen with the oversight of the elders.
